Olin Wiley, CWC, CPhD

Program Manager

Founder of CPP

Olin Wiley's journey in the financial world began not with a grand plan but with a friend's inspiring example. That encounter sparked a career spanning over 50 years, one marked by consistent achievement and an unwavering commitment to client success. By 1980, at just 29, he was promoted to General Manager, an achievement that helped solidify his place in the industry.  This rapid ascent wasn't just about personal accolades; it provided Olin with invaluable experience, giving him a front-row seat to what he believed to be vast disparities in financial well-being across various communities. This insight shaped his future path. In 1986, he left the corporate world to embark on a mission of client-focused service, determined to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Olin is known for his dependable approach, which is backed by a deep knowledge of financial matters. His commitment to clients is absolute, built on the foundation of always prioritizing their needs and goals. His work isn't simply about managing finances; it's about helping his clients achieve their vision – a source of profound satisfaction for him.

Olin’s influence extends far beyond individual clients. His knowledge has been sought after by leading medical organizations, including the National Medical Association (NMA), the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC), the National Medical Fellowship (NMF), and countless state medical associations. He's played a key role in improving the financial health of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through collaborations with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO). Further demonstrating his commitment to community, Olin founded the Philanthropy and Leadership Project (PAL) in 2005, tackling the growing financial needs of HBCUs and addressing the widening wealth gap among minority groups.

Today, Olin leverages his decades of experience in corporate, retail, and medical professional finance to manage the Consortium of Professional Providers (CPP) platform. Recognizing that busy professionals often lack the time to effectively manage their wealth, he and his team provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support through financial, tax, and legal products and services. The CPP’s approach goes beyond a simple financial strategy; it involves annual updates as needed, guided by a dedicated team tailored to each client's individual needs. Olin serves as a crucial liaison, connecting clients with professionals in finance, law, tax, and investments, providing ongoing support and guidance. His ambition isn't just to help clients build wealth but to ensure they feel empowered and supported every step of the way. His career journey, driven by a desire to help others achieve success and happiness, serves as a compelling example of how a dedication to client well-being can lead to a truly remarkable and impactful career. His foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting.
