Dr. Vicki says, “As you do money, so too you do life.” As her doctor clients master the money mindset makeover, they find themselves more empowered in all areas of their lives.

While Dr. Rackner does not offer investing advice, she has educated a community of financial advisors committed to serving healthcare professionals about doctors’ unique financial needs.

About a decade ago, Dr. Vicki’ noticed her son struggle as he started college, Finally, after a few years of symptoms, he was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. When treatment proved be as elusive as the diagnosis, Dr. Vicki became a certified life coach to help her son be freed from the prison of unmanaged OCD. During the pandemic she came to understand the same skills and tools also resulted in transformations for burnout out doctors whom she coached.

Dr. Vicki says, “If my life had a bumper sticker, it would read, ‘Health thyself.’ I face challenges, find solutions for myself and then share the lessons with others."
